Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Lambda Pi Omega Chapter, in partnership with the Pearls of Promise Foundation, Inc., is excited to invite youth ages 11–13 to participate in the 2026–2027 Minor Hall Champions of Change Mentoring Program!
Minor Hall Champions of Change is a highly interactive mentoring program designed to empower and engage young men and young women as they discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, build confidence, and prepare to make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
Throughout the program year, our Champions will participate in engaging experiences focused on leadership development, financial literacy, college and career exploration, community service, educational and cultural field trips, civic engagement, goal setting, communication, teamwork, and confidence building. Most importantly, participants will have opportunities to build friendships, discover new interests, have fun, and grow into confident young leaders.
